Jennifer started in the real estate business in 1994 and transitioned to Mike Thomas Associates in 1997. Since becoming the Managing Broker in 2003, the company has added new locations and has exponentially increased in revenue volume. Her leadership, honesty, team approach and problem solving has helped the company innovate and grow. She has been involved with many organizations including, Mad Anthony’s Children’s Hope House, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and The Mouse Project to name a few.
